Mix the cooking cream and cream cheese until you get a smooth cream. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them until tender in 2 tablespoons of butter. Cut the ham, pickles and mozzarella into thin strips. Remove the pits from the olives and halve them.
In a suitable tray or platter, begin to arrange the cake, brush the first pancake with the white mix and add of the ingredients to taste. Smear the next pancake with chutney or tomato paste and again distribute products to taste. Repeat until out of products.
On top, sprinkle the entire cake with plenty of grated cheese. Put it in a highly heated oven until the cheese takes on a nice tan.
Serve the prestige pancake cake cooled.
