"An easy recipe for universal dough that you can transform into pizzas or mekitsi in no time."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 2/3 cups (630 g) (medium content of gluten)
  • water - 1 2/5 cups (340 g)
  • yeast - 1 1/5 tsp (6 g)
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt - 1 1/5 tsp (6 g)
  • milk - 1 2/3 tbsp (24 g)
  • eggs - 12 yolks
  • olive oil - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)

How to cook

First, dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and set it aside for 10 minutes until bubbles form.

Then mix the other products in and knead a dough, which is then left to rise. You should get a nice sticky dough.

Allow to rise for at least 30 minutes or more.
