How to cook
Sift the flour with the baking powder. Whisk the butter and sugar and add the eggs. Beat with a mixer and add vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger. Begin adding the sifted flour and starch. Once you can no longer beat it with a mixer, continue by hand.
Knead a homogeneous dough without mixing it. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes, and in that time, prepare 2 pans, lightly greased or covered with baking paper. Fill an icing piping syringe with the sweet dough and mold it into your desired shapes.
Put them to bake in a moderately heated oven, until lightly golden brown. When finished, bind them with a jam of your choice.
