- bread - sliced rustic loaf or French baguette
- cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
- ham - 7 oz (200 g)
- red peppers - 1
- carrots - 1 small
- butter - to spread
Cut the cheese, ham, red pepper and carrots into equally small cubes. Stir the mixture along with 1 egg and season it with salt, a little black pepper and chopped fresh dill.
Spread butter on the bread slices and distribute the mixture on each. Put them to bake in a hot grill or in a pan in the oven until they receive a nice tan.
