How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla powder.
Mix the yogurt with the baking soda and stir. Pour in the oil as well and add the yogurt mix to the eggs and sugar.
Sift in the flour.
Clean and chop half of the strawberries finely. Keep 4-5 strawberries and cut them in half.
Chop the chocolate into small cubes.
Sift the corn starch on top of the strawberries and mix well. Add them to the batter along with the chocolate. Mix all the ingredients carefuly with a spatula, until they are nicely incorporated.
Fill your muffin forms up to 3/4 of their capacity. You should get 8-10 muffins.
Place a strawberry cut in half on top of each muffin.
Bake the muffins at 338°F (170 degrees) with fan for 30 minutes.
Decorate with sliced strawberries and sift some powdered sugar on top.
