How to cook
Cut the meat into chunks and stew it with 2 tbsp. oil, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce.
Season with nutmeg and black pepper.
When all the water has evaporated from the meat, add the pineapple, flour, and milk.
Stir vigorously because it thickens very quickly. You may need to add a little more milk if it thickens too quickly.
