How to cook
Cut the Provolone into tiles about 1 cm thick and shape according to the dish in which you will bake. I used two individual round clay pots.
Sprinkle generously with oregano and arrange halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Put the pesto on each half of the tomato and put it in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) for 10 minutes or until a very light golden tan.
Be sure to serve and consume the antipasti hot in the company of toasted slices.
