Ingredients

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 onion cut into quarters
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • leeks - 1 stalk cut into 4 pieces
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • parsley - 2 stalks (with leaves)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc. cut in half
  • black pepper - 5 grains
  • cloves - 1 pc.
  • bay leaf - 1 leaf
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • boiled water - 2 liters

How to cook

Heat the olive oil, add the onion, carrot, leek, celery, tomato and parsley. Steam for about 5 minutes.

Add the black peppercorns, cloves and bay leaf. Salt it.

Pour the water and simmer for about an hour. Strain through a sieve and remove the vegetables.
