How to cook
The chicken is cleaned and washed well, then dried with kitchen paper inside and out.
Rub both outside and inside thoroughly with salt. Rub it with butter in the same way.
The remaining spices are mixed and the chicken is sprinkled with them.
Once the spices are added, place in a baking bag and then in a baking pan. Pour a little beer into the bag and tie it.
It is pierced in several places with a toothpick and about half a cup of water is poured into the pan so that our roasted chicken does not burn.
The chicken is baked in an oven at 392°F (200 degrees) for about an hour and a half.
Shortly before it's fully cooked, the bag of roasted chicken needs to be torn so the chicken forms a nice color and crisp.
