How to cook
Pour the salad into a bowl. Sprinkle with raisins.
Roast the nuts in a dry pan. Pour them on top.
Arrange the avocados.
Cut the orange in half. Set aside one half for the dressing and peel the other. Carefully remove the skin, cut it into pieces, and put it in the salad.
Make the dressing from olive oil, honey, and orange juice by putting everything in a bowl and stirring with a wire.
Leave for 5-10 minutes and stir again.
Pour the dressing over the green salad and put the vinegar on top.
