Ingredients

  • beef livers - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • cabbage juice - 3 cups
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Wash the livers and cut them into pieces, then roll them in flour and fry in oil.

Next, pour cabbage juice and water over them, sprinkle them with paprika and black pepper and boil on low heat until ready.

Finally, add salt to taste.
