How to cook
The quantities indicated in the recipe are for two salads.
1. Slice the tomatoes, mango, and avocado.
2. Mix all the dressing products and flavor the green leaf mix with it, keeping a small part of it for sprinkling at the end.
4. Sprinkle with remaining dressing and balsamic reduction.
If desired, you can add a little more salt, which is recommended to be large, flaky.
