  • lettuce - 3.5 oz (100 g) mix of fresh arugula leaves, spinach
  • tomatoes - 2.
  • mango - 1.
  • avocados - 2.
  • pumpkin seeds - 1.7 oz (50 g) raw
  • flaxseed - 1 oz (30 g) or to taste
  • balsamic reduction - to taste
  • For the dressing
  • mango juice - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - to taste
  • lemon juice - a few drops
  • salt
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • black pepper - to taste

How to cook

The quantities indicated in the recipe are for two salads.

1. Slice the tomatoes, mango, and avocado.

2. Mix all the dressing products and flavor the green leaf mix with it, keeping a small part of it for sprinkling at the end.

3. Arrange the leaves on the plate first, put the avocado in the center, sprinkle it with flaxseed. Arrange the tomatoes and mangoes on the edges and add the pumpkin seeds.

4. Sprinkle with remaining dressing and balsamic reduction.

If desired, you can add a little more salt, which is recommended to be large, flaky.

The salad is very easy and fast, and the result is worth it, because, in addition to being colorful and beautiful in appearance, it is very healthy, tasty and exotic, because of the notes that the Mango fruit gives it.
