How to cook
Put the chia in a deep bowl and pour the milk over it.
When it rises, mix it well so that it does not get lumpy.
Add the sugar (or maple syrup) and stir again.
The density of the dessert depends on the amount of milk. If you put more, it will be more fluid.
When the chia rises completely, distribute in bowls and decorate with the washed berries.
Finally, sprinkle the chia berry pudding with ground nuts by your choice - walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts or almonds.
