How to cook
Season all of the meat - pork, chicken and sausage to taste with all of the spices and a little soya sauce. Take a large clay pot and arrange the pork ribs on the bottom. On top, alternate between the other types of meat, sliced mushrooms, pieces of processed cheese and shredded dried peppers.
Add spices to taste while stacking, if you like. Pour in the wine and water, put the lid on and seal it with dough. Put the pot in a large tray and let it bake for about 2 hours in a moderate oven without preheating it.
