"A dish that`ll transform not just Christmas but every other day into a real holiday."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4, from the legs
  • chicken - 2 chicken fillet steaks + 2 chicken leg steaks
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g), champignons
  • pork ribs - 5 - 6
  • sausages - 2 raw smoked sausages
  • processed cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g), smoked
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • savory - a small bit, to taste
  • cumin - ground
  • black pepper - ground
  • allspice - 2 grains
  • salt
  • soya sauce
  • peppers - 1 - 2, dried

How to cook

Season all of the meat - pork, chicken and sausage to taste with all of the spices and a little soya sauce. Take a large clay pot and arrange the pork ribs on the bottom. On top, alternate between the other types of meat, sliced mushrooms, pieces of processed cheese and shredded dried peppers.

Add spices to taste while stacking, if you like. Pour in the wine and water, put the lid on and seal it with dough. Put the pot in a large tray and let it bake for about 2 hours in a moderate oven without preheating it.
