How to cook
Boil the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Once they are ready, rinse them with cold water and strain them well with a colander.
Prepare the sauce by first heating a saucepan, then melting a tablespoon of butter and a little oil in it.
Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, stir for a few seconds and add the salmon, then the mushrooms.
Cook for a short while and add the cream, season with dill, salt and black pepper and cook until the sauce thickens.
When our sauce is ready, add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
They turn out very tasty!
