How to cook
Cut the cheese and garlic into pieces and place in a convenient bowl for blending.
Grate the yellow part of the lemon very finely. Squeeze and add two tablespoons of its juice along with olive oil.
If desired, you can put in 2-3 tbsp. yogurt.
Add the thyme and puree until fine.
Serve the snack, sprinkling it with more thyme and finely grated lemon peel.
Serve with toasted bread or snacks.
