Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat that you've divided up into pieces in advance. Add 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of wine to it. When ready, add the peas, the cleaned and diced potatoes, the finely chopped carrots and leeks.
Stir and add salt, pepper and paprika and freshly chopped parsley. Transfer it to a baking dish. Add a cup of broth or water and put it to bake in a moderate oven for 40-50 minutes.
