How to cook
Add the eggs and sugar in a mixer and beat until fluffy white cream forms.
Add the oil and milk, while stirring constantly.
Add the remaining dry ingredients, slowly and gradually.
Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture for the coffee cake.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
Bake the aromatic cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it's fully baked.
Serve the finished coffee cake when it cools down and drizzle it with chocolate.
