How to cook
Soak the salmon in olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pressed garlic, black pepper, chili and salt to taste. Allow to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Transfer the salmon to a greased tray and distribute the mushrooms and sliced tomatoes around it. Sprinkle it with chopped fresh green onions, top it with the wine and some warm water and cover with foil.
On top, make some holes with a needle and put it to bake for about 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven.
