Clean the potatoes, cut them into thin slices and place them in an oven dish with a cover. Throw in the butter and put it for 10-odd minutes with the lid on in the microwave. Remove the potatoes and stir them.
Pour in some hot water and put them back in the microwave for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic and crumbled feta cheese. Gently mix and flavor with spices.
Put them in the microwave for about 8 more minutes without the lid on. Serve with chopped dill or parsley.
