How to cook
Cut the carp into 1.5 cm pieces. In a bowl, mix both the corn and white flour. Add the spice and stir.
Season the fish with as much salt and black pepper you desire. Roll the pieces in the flour and arrange them in a baking pan.
Cut the zucchini and carrots slices. Cut the potatoes into sticks. Arrange the vegetables in the pan.
Arrange the tomatoes on top of the fish and sprinkle generously with oil or olive oil. Pour a little water into the pan (about 1/2 a cup) and bake at 392°F (200 degrees) for about 30-35 minutes.
Towards the end of baking, add the olives and sprinkle the peas over the vegetables.
