Banana Cream Trifle
- muffins - 2 muffins
- bananas - 1 pc.
- mascarpone - 3 tbsp.
- dulce de leche - 3 tbsp.
- heavy cream - 1 cup
- powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
Whip the cream with the sugar and leave it in the fridge.
Mix the mascarpone with the dulce de leche. Stir well.
In a clear glass, crumble some of the muffins. Add a few tablespoons of the mascarpone cream. Slice and arrange a row of bananas. Crumble a second row of muffins, add the cream and a row of bananas.
Take the cream out of the refrigerator. Fill the pastry decorating tube and decorate the top of the cup.
Arrange a few pieces of banana.
Leave it in the refrigerator to cool and serve.
