How to cook
Cut the fillet into steaks.
Prepare the marinade by mixing rapeseed oil and truffle oil, add vinegar, the vegetable seasoning, 3-4 tbsp. of water and season with salt.
Marinate the steaks and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
Heat the grill, grease it and arrange the steaks. Grill on both sides until they're done.
Do not go overboard with the grilling, because the meat is tender and it will remain juicy. Garnish with lemon.
Serve with a suitable side dish.
