How to cook
Sprinkle the chicken wings with a little salt and black pepper.
Dip them in the marinade bowl, cover it with foil and leave it in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Grab the bowl and arrange the wings on a heated grill, that must first be greased with fat.
Grill on both sides until they're well done with a crispy skin. Serve with a salad according to the season and lemon slices. The marinated grilled wings are a great beer appetizer.
