How to cook
This is a very easy ice cream that will surprise you with its pleasant taste!
In order to do this, cut the pineapple into small pieces and freeze it. Open up the coconut fruit and grate only its white flesh. You can remove the shell it if it irritates you, but it's also delicious with it too!
Put everything together in a blender (if you don't have one, use a chopper - it also works). If the pineapple isn't very sweet, sweeten with honey, sugar or another type of sweetener. In this case I didn't use anything.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture. You can consume it immediately or store it in the freezer for the next day!
Note: Opening up a coconut is not as complicated as everyone thinks. What I first did was I drilled through one of its three holes and removed the coconut water (my child drank it in no time).
Then, with the blunt side of the knife, I knocked in a circle around the coconut and within a minute it split open. I hope my advice was helpful!
