Ingredients

  • water - 1 and 1/4 cup
  • parmesan - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • cow butter - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • white flour - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to cook

Pour the water, oil and salt into a deep saucepan and place it on the hob. Bring to a boil and add the flour.

Stir on the hob until the dough forms. Remove from the heat and allow the dough to cool.

When ready, add one of the eggs and stir until it is absorbed by the mixture. Add the next egg and proceed the same way with all the eggs.

Add the parmesan and mix well once again. Make small walnut-sized balls and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the savory eclairs in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) for 30 minutes.
