How to cook
The mussels are washed and cleaned. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mussels and parsley without cutting it and stew with the lid on for 3 minutes until they the mussels open up.
Then they are taken out in all at once. A breading is made with all of the given products and it is mixed into a paste.
Dip the mussels in the breading and then fry them in heated fat. Serve with a slice of lemon and a cold beer.
