  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - 1 pc.
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - 3 pinches
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 3 pinches
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Clean the mussels very well. Pour the wine, lemon juice, oil and salt in a bowl and mix them well.

Dip the mussels in the prepared marinade and leave them in it for about 30 minutes.

During this time, prepare the breading by beating the eggs along with the milk, flour and salt.

The resulting mixture is like pancake batter.

Dip the mussels in the mixture you prepared and roll them in it very well.
