  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 1 cup
  • yeast - 1 tsp (5 g), baker's
  • salt - 1 tsp (5 g)


Put the flour in a tray, make a well in center and add the yeast, dissolved in 2 tablespoons cool water, then the sugar, eggs and salt in it. Knead the flour into a dough that is not so soft at first.

Continue kneading to obtain a smooth dough, and from time to time, add a little milk. Mash the butter and add 1/3 of the dough to it, then knead to get a homogeneous mixture.

Then add the rest of the dough to it in 2 lots. Let the kneaded dough rise at a moderate temperature for at least 4 hours before use.
