Ingredients

  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • green olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black olives - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • lukewarm water - 1 and 3/4 cups
  • yeast - 1/2 cube (7g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tbsp
  • rosemary - a pinch
  • garlic powder - a pinch
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

How to cook

Pour a little of the water into a bowl, warm it slightly, if necessary, add the sugar, yeast and a little flour.

Allow it to activate, sift the flour and knead a soft dough. Add the spices and chopped olives in the dough.

Knead the dough very well. Sprinkle with flour on top and place it in a baking pan. It can be placed on baking paper or straght into a greased baking pan. Leave it rise in a warm place and then make 2 cuts on top.

Preheat the oven and bake at 360°F (180 degrees) until it's nicely golden brown.
