How to cook
Prepare the vegetables.
Wash them thoroughly and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Pour two glasses of water into a saucepan, place it on the stove and boil it.
Once it has boiled, reduce the heat and add as much salt as you like and ass vegetables in the water.
Cook over low heat until the vegetables have completely softened.
Once this has happened, half of water will have evaporated.
Add the butter and puree the pea soup until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Serve the pea cream soup for kids with and top it off with fresh mint.
