How to cook
In a bowl, mix the wheat bran with the flour, add the yoghurt along with the soda and salt and then stir.
Add the seeds and knead the dough. Transfer it into a greased pan and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 482°F (250 degrees) for 10 minutes and then reduce to 320°F (160) and leave it in until it's fully baked. It should need about 40-50 minutes.
