How to cook
In a bowl, mix the two types of flour along with the salt, while stirring with a fork. In the yoghurt, beat the baking soda and baking powder into a froth and add to the flour.
Add oil, milk and raw sunflower seeds.
Mix the dough with a fork into a ball and finally, knead the dough isn't sticky. If it is dry, add a little more milk.
Form 5 round or oblong loaves, sprinkle with sunflower seeds on top and press them down by hand.
Bake in a baking tray lined with baking paper for 20-25 minutes at a moderate oven.
