Ingredients

  • rabbit - 1/2 pc.
  • rice - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • onion - 2 onions
  • garlic - 1 garlic head
  • red pepper - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 3 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 cup
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • bay leaf
  • oil

How to cook

The rabbit is divided into portions and fried in fat.

Remove it from the pan and fry the chopped vegetables in the same fat and then add the rice.

Season with spices and transfer into a baking pan.

Add the rabbit portions, top up with water and bake it covered with foil in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) for about 40-50 minutes.
