Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 package, ready - made
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 pinch

How to cook

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then one by one add the other products and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then grease a tray with some of the oil, arrange the phyllo pastry with the stuffing.

Cut the finished phyllo pastry with a knife, taking care not to scratch the enamel of the tray and sprinkle with what remains in the bowl on top.

Put the phyllo pastry with feta cheese and cottage cheese to bake at 392°F (200 °C), for 25 minutes. Remove it and sprinkle a little water, wrap it in a cloth, to make it soft and fluffy.
