How to cook
Heat the butter and olive oil in a pot.
Cut the bacon, saute it for 3-4 minutes, and set aside.
Chop the onion, garlic, celery and carrots and saute them as well. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
Add the tomatoes and chicken stock, cover your pot with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Then add the chopped cabbage, green beans, peas and spaghetti.
Cook for 20 more minutes and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked bacon to the soup and remove from the stove.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
