How to cook
Clean the sea breams nicely and remove the insides. Rub nicely with salt and black pepper on the outside and with crushed garlic on the inside (optional).
In each bream, place lemon slices and chopped parsley. Brush the outside of each fish with oil or olive oil and put them to bake on a heated grill or grill pan. Spray them with lemon juice from time to time and turn them over 2-3 times.
The entire grilling process takes about 15 minutes.
