How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in slightly warmed water with a spoonful of sugar. Wait 5-6 minutes for it to rise and add the two types of flour, salt and oil.
Knead a smooth dough and shape it into a loaf. I have kneaded it for at least 5 minutes intensely or about the same time with a mixer with dough kneading attachments.
Grease a suitable pan and place the bread and leave it rise and double its volume for about 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated 374°F (190 degree) oven for about 20-25 minutes or its fully baked.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting into it at your dining table.

* What I do to get flaxseed flour is I grind flaxseed grains in a food processor or a coffee grinder.
