How to cook
Heat the water slightly so that it is not hot. Add the yeast, salt, sugar, flaxseed and half of the flour in the water.
Leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise. The mixture should double its volume. After that, add the lard and the remaining flour.
Knead the dough, which is sticky. Transfer it into a baking pan and sprinkle it with seeds on top.
Leave it to rise again for 20 minutes and bake it for 40 minutes.
