How to cook
Aromatic and delicious oven-baked shiitake mushrooms.
Cut off the shiitake mushroom stumps and clean the caps well with a damp cloth. Arrange them with the caps upside down in a baking tray greased with some of the olive oil.
Chop the garlic and mix it with the parsley, the remaining olive oil, salt and black pepper.
In each mushroom put a spoonful or two of the mixture and place them in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
After removing the baked mushrooms from the oven, sprinkle them with more of the remaining mixture of garlic and parsley.
