How to cook

Grate the boiled beets finely on a grater. Add salt and lemon juice to taste.

The cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and apples are coarsely grated. Everything is mixed with the mayonnaise. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste.

Place it in a salad bowl and garnish with dill and parsley.
