How to cook
Clean and rinse the lentils well, leave them to soak for 3 hours in water. Rinse and place them in a clay pot. Add 2 cups (0.5 L) of water.
Add the finely chopped onion heads, finely chopped green garlic, oil and spices - paprika, savory, salt. Put the clay pot in a moderate oven, or a low fire.
