Cut the onions and mushrooms and saute until cooked. Pour in the cream and let it thicken slightly, stirring constantly.
When it thickens, add the finely chopped pieces of processed cheese, salt and pepper and pre-boiled macaroni. Pour in the wine and on a very low heat, stir it several times in order for the sauce to be absorbed.
Finally, add 2 halved olives and sprinkle it with parsley.
