How to cook
Whip the two eggs in yoghurt and melted margarine, then add baking powder. Leave for a few minutes until the mixture becomes effervescent. Then add the oatmeal, grated cheese and flour until you get a sticky mixture.
The mixture should not be runny but also not too thick. Otherwise, the crackers will become too hard. Preheat the oven. Using two teaspoons, make heaps on a greased tray, which are slightly separated from one another, since during baking they get somewhat inflated.
Shape them in the form of strips, to look like crackers. Optionally, these can be covered with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or other nuts. Bake in a low oven until the crackers harden. Allow them to cool slightly and eat with a fine local wine.
