"This strudel with semolina is the king of all deliciousness!"

Ingredients

  • semolina - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  • butter - 1 cup, melted
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • apples - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • cinnamon - 1 - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 powder packet
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to cook

Mix together the semolina, flour, 1 cup sugar and baking powder. Peel the apples, grate them coarsely on a grater and mix them with the remaining sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Divide them into 3 equal parts.

Grease a tray well and evenly spread out 1 cup of the semolina mixture, put 1 part of the apples on top and alternate until you run out of products. The final layer needs to be apples. Pour melted butter evenly over the entire strudel.

Put it to bake in a moderately heated oven, and once ready, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
