How to cook
The zucchini are cut into long strips and the eggplant into circle slices.
All honey marinade products are mixed. Pour it over the vegetables and leave it for 30-40 minutes.
Bake on a heated grill.
Arrange the grilled vegetables, tomato rings and the cucumber on a plate.
The salad is garnished with olive pesto, a slice of white cheese and lemon slices.
