How to cook
Mix the sauce with the olive oil and salt in a bowl. Using a silicone brush, smear the pork ribs on all sides with the mixture.
Put them in a bowl with a lid and leave for one day or overnight in the refrigerator. Take them out and grill them.
A few minutes before taking them off the grill, smear them with barbecue sauce and bake for a few minutes on both sides.
They do not need other spices. With this sauce they turn out great, even when they're baked in the oven.
