How to cook
Cut the rabbit into portions and leave it boil in a little water. Remove the foam that has formed or wash the meat and add clean water with salt in a pressure cooker.
Once the meat is cooked, remove it, sprinkle it with paprika and mint. Cut the potatoes into cubes along with the carrots and place them in a baking pan. Pour the oil, vegetable seasoning, black pepper and stir.
Place the meat in the pan and add the broth in which the rabbit was cooked. Bake until the rabbit and potatoes are browned.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
