Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • warm water - 1/2 cup
  • jam - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • baking soda - 1 level top tsp.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to cook

Beat the eggs along with the sugar.

Add the oil and water in a stream, while stirring constantly.

Put the homemade jam in a bowl and mix it with the soda. You can use different types of jam.

Add them to the egg mixture.

Finally, add the flour you have sifted beforehand.

Bake the cupcakes for about 30 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees).
