How to cook
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer into a foam. To this mixture, add the vanilla, baking powder, oil, yoghurt with baking soda and then gradually the flour while stirring.
In a greased tray, pour in half the mixture. Bake it for only a short time – to a slight redness. Then smear the ready layer with jam and pour in the remaining mixture. Bake at 410°F (210 °C).
Sprinkle the ready pastry with powdered sugar.
